I'm really not exaggerating when I say that this was a life changing experience. I've travelled extensively throughout southern Africa, but this trip left its mark on me, and not only because of the majesty of Victoria Falls. What set this tour apart from any other I've done before was the incredible tour guide. Nothing beats a personal touch, and you never forget the personal stories and feelings that come with an experience like this! Panache was my tour guide and she was beyond phenomenal! She didn't just cover the generic historical facts that you'll find in all the guide books and hear on generic group tours, she lets you into her own culture and connection with the area. She's such an incredible story-teller, I found myself absorbed in the amazing cultural and historical events, but also personal experiences and traditions! I got to see Victoria Falls through the eyes of a true local and it left me craving more! I truly can't recommend this tour enough and can't wait to bring my family next time!

Lors de mon 1er séjour, Trust a été parfait quant à l’organisation des 3 activités effectuées en 2jours: sunset Cruise /visite d un village et rencontre avec les gens du village/ parc de chobe (en une journée. Il a été aux petits soins avec moi, je vous recommande les services et les conseils de Trust sans aucune hésitation. Je reviens en mai pour 10 jours et je sais que sans hésiter je pourrai compter sur l’aide de Trust pour organiser mon séjour.
Pour mon deuxieme séjour en Mai avec ma famille et des amis, Trust nous a contacté un programme qui collait parfaitement à nos attentes, tant au niveau des activités que des hotels proposés. Vous pouez contacter Trust les yeux fermés, sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance en font une personne rare.

Trust was recommended to us by our guest house. He is knowledgeable, friendly, organized and well connected to the community. He listened to our preferences and offered advice to improve our experience. One day he anticipated a necessity and met us with the solution preventing us from wasting time securing it ourselves. His ability to spot wildlife is impressive and he seems genuinely delighted to share the wonders of Victoria Falls with his guests.

In my recent visit to Vic Falls, I had a privilege of being hosted by Trust, what a gentleman! From picking me up from the airport to ensuring that I get to where I need to be on time always. He also got me some of the best deals in exploring the area. He’s fully knowledgeable about the area. I will certainly use his services again when I go back to Vic Falls.
